PERMANENT SMILE RESTORATION
A Natural-Looking Solution for Tooth Loss
Dental implants are one of the most advanced options in modern restorative dentistry. Designed to mimic the structural integrity of natural teeth, implants act as structural anchors directly integrated with your jawbone. This prevents structural bone loss, preserves natural facial profiles, and lets you eat, speak, and smile with absolute confidence.
- Meticulous Consulting: We perform comprehensive 3D digital imaging, assessing structural bone density, and plan customized guides.
- Precision Surgical Placement: A small, surgical-grade titanium post is comfortably placed inside the jawbone by Dr. Singh under local anesthesia.
- Natural Osseointegration: During a gentle healing cycle, the bone merges biologically with the titanium post to form a concrete, permanent anchor.
- Custom Porcelain Crown: A beautiful, handcrafted porcelain replacement tooth matches adjacent teeth perfectly.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Dental Implant FAQ
Yes — Dr. Singh places many dental implants right here at our Warren, OH office on a case-by-case basis. After 3D imaging and an evaluation of your bone, we tell you whether your case is a good fit for in-house treatment or whether a more complex case is better referred to a specialist. Either way, we plan and coordinate your full restoration.
Most implants take a few months from start to finish. After the titanium post is placed, the bone needs time to fuse to it (osseointegration) — usually three to six months — before the final porcelain crown is attached. Healing time varies from person to person, and we give you a personalized timeline at your consultation.
Placement is done under local anesthesia, so you should not feel pain during the procedure. Most patients find recovery more comfortable than expected — similar to a tooth extraction — and manageable with over-the-counter pain relief for a day or two.
With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, the titanium implant post can last a lifetime, and the porcelain crown on top typically lasts 10 to 15 years or more. Implants also help prevent the jawbone loss that normally follows missing teeth.
Cost depends on how many implants you need and whether any preparatory work is required, so we provide a written estimate after your consultation. Members of our Modern Dental Membership receive a discount. Call our Warren office at (330) 847-0676 to learn more.
