You are still welcome here. We accept most major PPO plans as an out-of-network provider, and it works like this:
- We check your benefits and estimate your portion before treatment.
- At your appointment you pay only that portion — never the full fee.
- We file the claim and your insurer pays our office directly — you never file paperwork or wait on a reimbursement check.
- Once the insurer pays, we settle up against the estimate. Most estimates are accurate. If your plan pays more than we projected, the difference goes back to you as a credit on your account or a refund. Occasionally it pays a little less and a small balance is left to settle. We contact you either way.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare — see the plans we cannot bill. If you do not see your plan listed above, call us on (330) 847-0676 and we will check it for you.

If you are not enrolled in a plan, our Modern Dental Membership is a straightforward alternative — one annual fee, no deductibles, no waiting periods. Larger treatment can also be financed through CareCredit.
