We do not ask for, and you should not include, sensitive dental or health information in the web form.
B. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through third-party services:

- Microsoft Clarity — a website analytics and session-replay service provided by Microsoft. Clarity helps us understand how visitors use our site — such as which pages are viewed, clicks, scrolling, and general usage patterns, including session recordings of on-page interactions (mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling) — so we can improve the experience. 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or appointment request
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up regarding your request if we do not reach you on first contact
We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell your information to any third party.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We welcome patients of all ages, including children. If a parent or legal guardian submits an appointment request on behalf of a child under the age of 13, that submission is made by and attributed to the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were submitted (typically to schedule and confirm an appointment). Once an appointment is established in our practice management system, web form data is not stored indefinitely on our web servers.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted using TLS encryption. We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorised access.
