Your First Visit with Dr. Singh
We are thrilled to welcome you to our Warren, OH practice! Your first appointment is designed to establish a solid foundation for your ongoing dental health and general physical wellness.
During your initial visit, Dr. Singh will perform a comprehensive assessment, including a gentle periodontal check, soft tissue screening, oral cancer scan, and necessary digital X-rays (which emit up to 90% less radiation than traditional film X-rays). Following the exam, we will explain any clinical findings, answer your questions, and work with you to establish a personalized dental plan.

Finding us
We are a freestanding building on Mahoning Ave NW, right in front of Champion Animal Hospital. Coming north from Route 82, we are on your left. The animal hospital is the easiest thing to watch for—if you can see it, you are in the right place.

Parking
We have our own lot, and parking is free. There is enough room for our patients, so you should not need to look for a space on the street. The lot also has accessible spaces.
When you arrive
We are on the ground floor and there are no stairs. There is one door—walk straight in and the front desk will check you in. After that you are welcome to settle in the waiting room, watch TV, or have a coffee while we get ready for you.
If you have already filled out your forms, try to arrive about five minutes early. If you still need to complete them, give yourself fifteen to twenty minutes.
If you are running late, give us a call—but please do it safely. Pull over somewhere safe first, then ring us. We would much rather you arrive a few minutes late than hurry on the road.
If you need to change your appointment
Plans change, and we understand that. When you book with us, that time is set aside for you and nobody else is scheduled into it.
If you need to move or cancel, let us know at least 24 hours ahead. That gives us time to offer the slot to someone who is in pain, or someone waiting to be seen sooner. A phone call is all it takes.
