We are participating providers for Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier, so you are seen at Delta’s contracted rates. We file your claim directly and Delta pays our office — you pay only your portion.

Cost and claims
Coverage levels vary by your employer’s plan, so we verify your benefits and give you an estimate of your portion before treatment starts. You file nothing.
Once Delta has paid, we settle up against that estimate. Contracted rates make it exact more often than not. If Delta pays more than we projected, the difference goes back to you as a credit on your account or a refund; occasionally it pays a little less and a small balance is left. We will contact you either way.
Bring your Delta card, or call us with the member ID and plan name and we will check it for you.
