Medicaid, CareSource & DentaQuest — What We Can and Can’t Accept

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, including CareSource and DentaQuest Medicaid plans.

One exception: we do accept Delta Dental Medicare Advantage. If that is what you have, you are covered here — call us and we will confirm your plan.

If you need to stay within Medicaid, the member services number on the back of your card will tell you which dentists near Warren are participating and taking new patients. They can also point you to a community health center, which sees uninsured patients on a sliding scale.

You are welcome here as a private patient either way, and you will know what a visit costs before it happens. Ask us about the Modern Dental Membership or CareCredit, or call (330) 847-0676.

Only if it is Delta Dental Medicare Advantage — that one we do accept. Other Medicare and Medicare Advantage dental benefits we cannot bill. Call us at (330) 847-0676 with your card and we will confirm which you have.
